Phase $1$ Return$-$to$-$Work Regulations

All businesses can begin operating at $20\%$ capacity beginning in two weeks. Capacity is defined as the total number of employees scheduled to work on the day before shutdown.

The employer must provide face masks of $N-95$ quality for all on$-$premises employees, regardless of the number of employees, work performed, or location.

The employ must ensure employees work at least $6$ feet apart at all times and actively enforce this regulation throughout the workday. Employers may treat this requirement as a policy and follow their general practices for enforcement.

Six feet of distance is also required between employees and customers. Clear signage must be posted and physical markings placed to guide all persons in navigating the facilities.

Training must be provided to all employees prior to beginning work. The training must, at minimum, consist of:
