Phase 1 - Self-Assessment Student Progress Against EN Standards Student Instructions This assessment task provides you with the opportunity to undertake a self-assessment process to determine your progress towards meeting the Standards of Practice required to successfully complete your first placement. To complete this task you are required to: 1. Provide a description of how you believe you have demonstrated the required skills in the student sections of the self-assessment. 2. Identify areas where you believe you need to improve your performance and provide strategies you will implement in order to improve. 3. In consultation with a teacher or your Phase Co-ordinator, arrange a professional conversation opportunity where you have the opportunity to discuss your self-assessment and receive feedback. This conversation is expected to take 10-15 minutes. 4. Ensure all sections of the report are complete and signed 5. Submit your full and completed report via Canvas
