With a jobs hierarchy sorted by JE points you are now in position to look at the current "fit" of your JE plan versus existing salaries, and then to develop a model using market salary information.
The Internal Analysis tab on your Google Sheets document will be used for Section 6. Add in your JE points where indicated. (Note that you will need to remove job titles that are either part of your PKS plan or for which you do not have a job description this may disrupt the formulas to the extent that they are not working and if that is the case ask for assistance!).
Products for Section 6 include:
- The correct interpretation of the line statistics for the internal analysis.
- Observations about the internal analysis graph and associated line statistics that relate to your JE plan.
- The chart and line statistics should be included in your report.
