Pizzeria Program

Design and implement an application that serves as a pizza ordering system.

Display the name of your pizzeria as part of the screen display and optionally any graphics you desire.

Display a selection of sizes ( small, medium, large, extra large ),

Display a selection of styles ( thin crust, thick crust, pan style ),

Display a selection of toppings ( sausage, pepperoni, onion, green pepper, extra cheese, etc. ).

Display an updated price for the pizza as each option ( size, style, topping(s) ) is selected or changed.

Only one size and style may be selected.

Multiple toppings ( or none ) can be selected.

Each topping adds one dollar to the cost of the pizza.
