High-Level Requirements for the Electric Motorcycle (EM):

Motorcycle shall weigh no more than 100 pounds

The EM’s range shall be at least 250 miles at 65 MPH before recharging

The EM shall be fully rechargeable within six hours

The EM shall be charged to 25% within 10 minutes

25% charge shall provide a 60 mile range at 65 MPH

The cost will not exceed $12,000.00

The batteries shall hold 90% of original for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first

Shall be a cruiser-style electric motorcycle

Shall be street legal in the United States

A. There shall be at least ten requirements and five milestones.
