There can be up to 18 sections defined in a Project Management Plan (Section 4.2.3 of the PMBOK).

Part 1

Describes what needs to be included in the Project Management Plan

Discuss how the PMP is used to keep the project within scope, schedule, cost and quality agreements.

Include a section on project cost management concepts which includes their terms and their function. Topics discussed must include:

o Net Present Value Analysis

o Return on Investment

o Payback Analysis

o Balanced scorecard

o The Weighted Scoring Model

*Include relevant information such as the inputs/documents needed to complete the section along with a rational of the importance of the section.

Part 2

Create a Project Management Plan (PMP) for building you dream home. Fill out as many sections as needed based on the project you chose.

Note: at least a paragraph must be submitted under each section. One sentence response is incomplete responses.
