Playground Project Plan

You have been asked to create a project plan to build a playground for children in your local community. Your project should have 10-15 tasks (therefore, your network will have 10-15 nodes).

Please perform the following for this project:

1. Develop a WBS for your project.

2. Hand-draw a network diagram for your project.

3. Perform the forward and backward pass to calculate the slack for each task.

4. Write a short narrative that describes your networks overall sensitivity.
