• the digit in the ones place is the square root of the digits in the tens and ones places (e.g. 6 and 36, 5 and 25)
• the digit in the thousands place is equal to the digit in the ones place divided by the digit in the tens place
• the digit in the hundredths place is equal to the digit in the tens place moded by the digit in the thousands place
• the number is even
• the sum of the digits in the number is 12

You are to write a program the uses a loop (or loops) to find the number.
