PLC question:

Modify the above program so that the 5 second delay is changeable by using the thumbwheel input. If the input delay is between 5 and 10 (inclusive), it should accept the value into the program. Any other value entered should be rejected and the motors should not be allowed to run. Turn a red light on if an invalid value is entered and turn a green light on if a valid value is entered. If an invalid input is detected three times, both the red and green lights turn on together and stay on until the Stop button is pressed. When both lights are on, the motors are also not allowed to start.
