Assignment Instructions: The Clinical Documentation Improvement Department at Happy Hills Hospital has been implemented for 6 months. The initial roll out included physician training on the documentation standards and requirements per TJC guidelines. Training was also implemented for the CDI staff on the goals of a CDI plan, documentation requirements per TJC guidelines and eCQM guidelines, MS-DRGs and the facilities top 10CCs and MCCs. 1.
