Description: You will need to take the role of a HR manager, taking part in an internal evaluation of your organizations current Human Resource Management strategy. As a result you will be expected to submit a report with your recommendations to the HR Director. Please select a company that you are familiar with or you wish to conduct research on. Your audit is from an 'HR' perspective as you will need to offer an evaluation of the current HRM practices of your selected organization and also provide suggestions on how your case company can improve its HRM practices. Your report should highlight the HR functions as listed below. Your report will discuss and analyze the following 3 HR Practices including realistic recommendations for improvement. 1. Recruitment and Selection 2. Training and Development 3. Reward Management In addition the report should include: The purpose of the report - a brief overview of the selected company, sector and country for the last five years and its developments and challenges and future needs. This should be a purely academic approach giving supporting sources of information and references. Evidence of research, knowledge of the topic and, in particular, the level of analysis is important in determining the grade for the assignment.
