1. How many units of each style should Wally Obermeyer order during the initial phase of production. Assume that all ten styles in the sample problem are made in Hong Kong, and that Obermeyers initial production commitment must be at least 10,000 units. (Ignore price differences and minimum order quantities among styles in your initial analysis). Come up with a measure of risk associated with your ordering policy. This measure should be quantifiable. You should be able to explain the logic, i.e., why would you order more or less of one item versus another.
