2) I could purchase an existing company. This would give me a good client base, possible employees, and equipment. The brand is already established and would reduce my start up time. I would be ready to hit the ground running with work already and the option to look for more clients. The cons of doing so would be that there may need to be significant changes, they may have clients I wouldnt want to work with or them with me. Although the work is the same, they may not like my methods or my policies. I would be getting less than what I pay for. I could be walking into a scam.

3) After looking at all the pro and cons of the franchise business, the idea of purchasing an existing business or taking over the family business, I have still decided to start-up my own company from the ground up as it is about the sense of pride that comes with doing something for yourself and growing that enterprise into a profitable and sustainable business.
