Please answer this if you are knowledgeable for market share in a feasibility study (if not, and you're just answering it in general then please don't answer and let the expert one answer it)

->We want to know the market share of our proposed business, it is a study hub where we also conducted a survey and everything about the business. We don't have any direct competitors only indirect since this will be the first study hub here in Roxas City Philippines.

QUESTION:

1. How shall we compute for our market share since the business is new (Study Hub) it is the first study hub here in Roxas City we don't have any industry sale information or data so how will we able to compute for the market share.

Moreover: It is assumed that 1-5 years of operation to our business (study hub) we will able to get a market share of 1% to 5%, so how will we compute it then?
