Does SAP improve the process, make it more complicated, more accurate, faster, slower, easier, and how? Please explain what, if any, value there would be to using SAP? Could you build your own system using excel rather than using something like SAP? SAP is not free. Even for a very small company it will be multiple 6 figures and often it will be multiple 6 figures per year. In addition, installing it and implementing it is extremely expensive and time consuming.
