QUESTION 6 Putra Shooting Association (PSA) are the most established shooting association in Malaysia which were established in 1950. In this organization, it will be a place for the youth citizens to train and learn about shooting sports from their instructors. There is a problem with the current process being implemented in the association. The attendance system they use is file system, whereas the instructor will record the athletes' presence by writing in a logbook. This will cause error such as the instructors not record the athlete's attendance because they did not see/encounter with the athlete even if they attend the training or vice versa. The following details is described to be implemented in the proposed database system. Each youth who have registered as an athlete will be assigned to one instructor. Meanwhile, one instructor can teach many athletes. Each athlete has an ID, first name, last name, address, birth date, team number, position, weapon number, weapon type, allowance and instructor ID. Each instructor will be assigned to a team. For each athlete, they will be assigned to one team. However, one team can have many athletes. Admin will be able to record all possible data (athletes, training, instrument, etc). Admin can generate payment slip for athletes/instructors. Armory can record the usage of instruments used by athletes. Athletes/Instructors will be log in to system to use and return instrument at the armoury. This will record their id's, weapon number, time and date. Instructors can book a training for his/her athletes. Instructors can manage athletes' attendance online. This will record their id's, training id, time and date. Athletes can view training schedule. a) Suggest at least FOUR (4) user interface design guidelines that could be used for the new system.
