Please design a PLC program for a chemical plant to perform the following tasks using LogixPro Programming:

1. When a NO Push Button (Input 1) is pressed and released, an alert system (Output 1) will be powered on an remains on.
2. If a high pressure is sensed (Input 2) and remains 30 seconds without being able to lower the pressure, an alert (Horn, Output 2) system will be on and remain on. If the high pressure lasts less than 30 seconds, then it won't activate the alert system. The timer automatically resets every 30 seconds.
3. The alert can be manually reset (Input 3) at any time through the use of Reset Button using an N.O. push button and the whole system is readily functioning again.
