Please develop a short dialogue showing communication between a democratic leader and a pragmatist follower as well as a short dialogue showing communication between an authoritarian leader and an alienated follower. Full directions are below, but highlighted square 1 and highlighted square 8 are what I need dialogue for.

Leadership and Followership 10 pts Post: In this activity, you will look at conventional styles of leadership and followership, and what kinds of communication we can expect from each. After carefully examining Chapter 2 and completing your self- assessments, examine the leader/follower matrix: Followership Leadership Alienated Conformist Pragmatist Passive Exemplary Authoritarian 1 2 3 4 5 Democratic 16 7 8 9 10 Laissez- Faire 11 12 13 14 15 Based on your results from the self-assessments, you will develop a short dialogue showing communication between your leader and follower styles. (For example, square 15 would show interaction between a Laissez-Faire leader and an Exemplary follower.) Imagine how a conversation between those people would play out and write a fictional conversation between them. Then choose a different box and show how those people would communicate with each other. Provide this all in ONE post, but label the top of each interaction with a title like Authoritarian Leader and Conformist Follower; Democratic leader and Exemplary follower
