Using the program the Example: Formatted File Input as a template, modify the program to print each state and each pair of years for which the median income decreased in that state.

Be sure you cite the origins of any derivative work and clarify which portions are original to your new program and authored by you.

Your program should read the file state-income.txt and produce the corresponding output:
