To clarify optional programming assignment: Use 32 bit compiler, write a simple C or C++ program to input A MAXIMAL POSITIVE INTEGER THAT CAN BE STORED in 32 bit word from the keyboard e.g int -initialize from the keyboard. Print out decimal and binary value of "T". Repeat for MAXIMAL POSITIVE INTEGER 1 from the keyboard. Print out decimal and binary values. This assignment is not required!
