I. Purpose: To support you in finding success and fulfillment . Our goal is that every employee has the opportunity to find the level of success and fulfillment they desire. II. Confidentiality: All information shared during the mentoring relationship is confidential with the exception of:
1. Knowledge of improper conduct, concerns of unsafe behavior or conduct that is unsafe or detrimental to the mentee, mentor..
2. Conduct that violates the Employee Handbook
III. Commitment: As mentoring partners, it is important that you have a shared understanding of the commitment you are both making to each other and this mentoring partnership. Mentors and mentees should review and sign the following form with each other before starting the mentoring relationship. A successful mentorship relationship will require you to:

3. Commit to the relationship for one full year and respect the confidential nature of all information discussed during mentoring meetings.
4. Report any problems to the Human Resource Department that you are not able to solve yourselves.
5. Recognize that this mentoring relationship is focused on building positive relationships and sharing information to the best of your abilities.
