Samairaa was promised a remuneration of RM50,OOO.00 from Grace as a housing agent. While performing her duties, Sarnairaa had used her own money amounting RM15.OOO.OO and was promised by Grace to redeem her money back. Unfortunately, after completing the transaction. Grace refused to make any payment to Samairaa. (a) Advise Samairaa as to her rights arising from the incident. Is she entitled to be paid with the promised remuneration together with her RMI 5,000.00? (15 marks) (b) Would your answer be different if Grace has found out that Samairaa has received a secret profit from the buyer? (5 marks)
