Marketing and purchasing depts. got instruction to find the best and more profitable solution. Operational system was ordered from Germany. When the agreement in between X electronics and System owner has been signed, IT dept started its implementation. On the same day they got complaints, that at least 20 computers started to work very slowly and some MS office programs have been disabled automatically. WHY EXPLAIN THE REASON
