Your Transformative Journey In 4 years... | see myself graduating from master and hopefully get a job in the states in 4 years. In the space below: 1. Determine your sub-goals. Based on the primary goals you established for yourself to achieve in four years (written above), list the kinds of skills (i.e., things you should be able to do), and the networks (i.e., who/what communities) you need to connect with to achieve your above primary goals. You should have at least one sub-goal for each for your primary 4-year goals. Note: If you are thinking of an experience as a sub-goadl try to identify what having that experience demonstrates (i.e., what you hope to gain from that experience). If one of my primary 4-year goals is to apply to medical school because [ want to be an ER doctor, I might want to shadow an ER doctor (i.e., an experience). One reason shadowing is an important experience is because it connects me with medical professionals and exposes me to ER operating roles and procedures.
