Answer

A recent ethical decision I made was accepting a higher position at my job. I consider this ethical because the other person applying for the position would be unethical in her leadership. I had to really ask myself if taking the position was worth the responsibility and if I truly can be effective and help the company. I came to the conclusion that I could and applied for the position.

For Figure 9.5, I think a weakness would be switching consider the consequences for devolp opitions. Before you know the ways to achieve something, you should look at the consequences in my opinon.I like the way it starts, "Stop and think". The first immedate thing to do is to Stop and thin.
