Please Help!

I am in a Computer Science Systems & Procedures Class, and I have a group project that I am working on. In that group project my group and I had to visit a local business and determine how they could upgrade current systems in their business. We decided that they should consider upgrading their current inventory system. We are supposed to be creating a data dictionary for a database from our diagrams and we are very confused. this is the first diagram we have and we are not sure if we did this right, but how would we create a data dictionary out of this?
