You have been asked by the senior leadership team to: Conduct an environmental scan (general and task environments) and SWOT analysis of the organization Use the information above to identify two (2) potential problems and/or opportunities the organization is currently facing

• Write a memo TO the organization, not ABOUT them
• Include only the amount of SWOT analysis and environmental scan necessary to situate the problems / opportunities
