Personal mastery goes beyond competence and skills, though grounded in competence and skills. Leadership, teamwork, and communication are three things I think are crucial for my profession. The development of my leadership skills is essential to my career. Teamwork and working together as a cohesive unit rather than as a disparate collection of individuals, I want to be able to motivate others to aim high. As a leader, I would also want to empower, inspire, and encourage others. Not only may collaboration and cooperation enhance the caliber of my job, but they can also boost the teams overall output. The most important aspect of my work is communication. I can successfully communicate my thoughts and information, take constructive criticism from my peers, and ask managers or organization leaders for advice because of my communication abilities. Having my personal vision is one of the things Ive been doing that satisfies Senges requirements for personal mastery. I take pride in my job and my employees. Im excited and full of energy when I get to work. To reach the maximum degree of personal mastery, I believe creating or supporting a work environment where the concepts of personal mastery are used regularly would be a smart place to start. I have trouble being committed to the truth which is the unwavering resolve to expose the ways we prevent ourselves from seeing things as they are and keep our consciousness expanded. I would need to build my business in an environment where it is ok for individuals to challenge the existing quo where seeking the truth and being curious are the norm and where people feel secure expressing their thoughts.

What is important for me in my career is to become an inspiring supervisor over my team, knowing my team is inspired and motivated is my main goal, While I am already helping my team by mentoring them, when I receive calls from agents, I have a tendency to enable them instead of teaching them how to fix the issue for the future and help them in their critical thinking skills, but in order to saw, I also realize reading over Senges that I need to familiarize myself more with the system that we use in order to help my peers.
As Senges mentions, commitment to the truth and really seeing deep into yourself in order to know where one needs to focus. In all honestly, the only thing stopping me from achieving my goal is myself and the fact that a position is not open at this time, but that should not stop me By broadening my awareness, and continually challenging myself to grow and learn continuously are a few things that I could do to reach my goal.
