Nilai ini dihasilkan dari tingkat suku bunga efektif 10%. Paris menggunakan metode bunga efektif dalam mengamortisasi premium atau diskonto pada obligasi. Diketahui bahwa obligasi membayarkan bunga setahun dua kali pada 1 Juli dan 1 Januari. On July 1, 2020, Paris Co. issued $5,000,000, 9%, 10-year bonds at $4,688,444. This price resulted in an effective- interest rate 10% on the bonds. Paris uses the effective- interest method to amortize bond premium or discount. The bonds pay semiannual interest July 1 and January 1. Diminta Instruction 1. Siapkan tabel amortisasi hingga tanggal 31 Desember 2021 (3 periode) untuk penerbitkan obligasi ini.
