During the leadership and managerial development course, I was able to identify my skills and what makes me unique. To incorporate the skills that Im developing during this semester and focus on my strengths, I will become a better manager and leader at Northwell Health. I would set specific goals by actively working on my communication, time management, and leadership abilities. This could include setting specific goals, tracking progress, and seeking feedback from colleagues and supervisors. To seek feedback on my competency progress, I would regularly check in with my colleagues and supervisors to discuss my progress and areas for improvement. I would also seek out opportunities for professional development and training to continue to build my skills and knowledge. In my personal and professional life, I would approach challenges and opportunities with a growth mindset, seeking out new experiences and learning opportunities.
