Sophia, throughout this semester, you have demonstrated remarkable improvement and development. When you first started coming for psychiatric clinicals, you were not as confident. Understandably, you had some anxieties talking care of patients with mental illness. Overtime however, you developed interpersonal communication skills that help you personally as a student nurse to effectively complete your tasks each clinical rotation. In addition to interpersonal communication, you also implemented therapeutic communication to well serve the patients, and your work ethic is impeccable.
