Please Help!

Posting this again because the previous help was incorrect. Ive been stuck on this question for hours and everytime i get the same answers (which are incorrect)....

For reference, the answers are NOT 62.518 or 23.231 for UCL & LCL. So please if youre going to answer those, ive already checked and those arent correct for this problem.
