This week's assignment is to write a reflective paper on your leadership models (individuals who have been leadership examples for you in your life), your personal and professional goals in life, and your thoughts on project management leadership. Write a paper reflecting on your leadership models and why you look to them as leaders. Also detail your personal and professional goals and what drives you to accomplish each of your goals. In your reflective paper, discuss various approaches to project management leadership along with articulating your thoughts on leading and motivating people based on the readings, research, and discussions in this unit on leadership. Your paper should be formatted per the APA Guidelines posted on the Graduate Success Resources link in the Blackboard course menu. Provide in text citations and at least 3 references. You may write your paper in first person. When you write, you should focus on quality rather than on quantity; however 3 to 5 pages (not including the cover and reference page) should be adequate to cover the topics.
