When Pushbutton 1 is pressed ON. ONLY LED 2 is turned ON....

AS LONG AS Pushbutton 1 is ON. if Pushbutton 2 is pressed ON LED 2 will flash.

BUT when Pushbutton 1 is Pressed off. LED 1 will turn ON and LED 2 will turn OFF.
