see below that I'm trying to get the average time duration of each attraction, I'm using strftime to get the total duration, but some of outputs are None.

In the data, see the bottom part, the durations under attraction have valid time duration.

Did I write it wrong, please help me fix it.

Or is there another way I can get the average duration?
