IT. Case (5%) Temam was at an office party. Whilst speaking to his boss he started to choke on the rice ball he was eating. He immediately felt sick and contracted severe food poisoning. He was rushed to hospital and whilst recovering in hospital he fell down the hospital stairs on his way to visit the hospital garden. Consequently, he broke his arm in the fall and have to stay in hospital for an extra one month incurring further medical expenses. Temam would like to sue the caterers of the party on negligence regarding the food poisoning and his broken arm. How likely is he going to succeed
