Draft the contract for your new employment. Be sure to include the essential elements of a valid contract as well as: 1) that the contract is conditioned upon your successful completion of degree 2) a brief description of your duties 3) the term of the contract 4) how the contract may be terminated In addition, include at least three additional provisions relevant to the contract, for example, clauses relating to: arbitration, controlling law, non-compete, representation & warranty, etc. These are just some ideas.
