Ethical Legal environment of the facility: local, state, federal regulations, accreditation, etc. 3. Economic issues facing your selected organization: projected growth and challenges. 4. Healthcare technologies adopted for the Management (Human Resources, Financial) and Clinical (Electronic Health Record -EHR, Health Information Exchange - HIE) functions. 5.
