When it comes to legal avodiance strategies, I think that the best ones for this particular situation would be to explain to the employees that there is a good chance of cutbacks due to the unionize. I would also implement forms of anti-union campaigning. For this, I would post banners within the workplace. These can be used as a deterrent for the whole unionizing. I think that this would really work for Bon Appetit. I know that these are drastic, but sometimes drastic things must be done. i would also throw the pay and benefits into the mix. I would let them know that they are making a good wage and great benefits. If they unionize, then their will be a set aggreed wage for employees . This can make them think that they will not make what they are making or what they feel they should be making.

The best strategies for attempting to unionize would be meetings where the union can be more of a one on one basis with the workers to better help them to understand how being unionized will benefit them. The union can also implement a social media invloved to reach the workers better as well. This way they can read and review information either on their own time at work or at home. The union can also use a very old and relable tool, "The Truth." I say this because there are many people and workers that hoenstly have no idea what is going on or if they are not being taken care of. In this day and age, people are hurting for a job and a check to survive. So sometimes knowing the truth and how unions can make things better for workers can be a good thing for them.
