3- Statement of the problem Title This study will focus the impact of training and development on employee's Performance of HR Department at MTCC from 2015 to 2019. Problem Statement MTCC is unable to provide adequate training and development programs to enhance the performance of the HR Department employees. Deficiencies in the evidence The main deficiency is due to constrains of funds for organizing training and development programs. Another deficiency is lack of trained staffs in Training department to conduct in-house training programs. The audience that will benefit from the study The main audience of this study is the top management of MTCC who will benefit in understanding the impact of the lack of training programs and consequences that can arise in such scenarios. 4-Purpose statement The purpose of this study is identifying the impact on employee performance due to lack of training and development activities in HR department 5- Objectives of the Study In carrying out this study the following three objectives are to be accomplished - To explore and determine the acceptable theories related to the importance of training and development and employee performance. - To examine and analyses the causes of lower employee performance in the context of lack of training opportunities of HR department of MTCC - To make suitable recommendations based on the research findings
