Get together with your Study Group $($from last week$)$ to create a development plan to address the scenario explained below.

Scenario for Developing Human Capital

You are the VP of a line of business at an international manufacturing company. You and several of your long$-$time colleagues will be retiring over the next few years, and you need to start thinking about talent and succession planning. You are going into a talent review discussion next week and realizing that you have a dearth of potential within your organization. What are some actions you $($and HR$)$ can take now to ensure that your business unit isn$$t floundering when you leave for retirement?

Work with your Study Group to develop a one$-$page Word document suggesting at least $10$ courses of action $($bullet points only$)$ to address the issue.

This is another group effort. Make sure you communicate with your Study Group throughout the week on the team$$s discussion board! As usual, the section will be monitored to secure equal participation.
