With Tesla's new fully autonomous driving car, our goal is to be the driver for those who can not, which account for busy business goers or those who physically cannot drive due to medical or legal troubles. The steps we are going to take to promote CSR initiatives are work and partner with other organizations that share our efforts of sustaining resources for the people and planet. By doing this will ensure our CSR stay at the center of our initiatives. Giving back to the local food banks and shelters to help less fortunate will be our commitment with our new feature and service from Tesla. Good examples of programs like internships and non profit funding in the community around our business and promoting social "good will" shows where we stand and hope to motivate others to up their game when it comes to social and environmental responsibility.

Our plan to attract, develop, engage and reward our team we want to be involved with our local schools and education with sponsoring tech and mechanical programs. Through these programs we plan to open our youth to areas that benefit our company as well. This include universities and colleges that we offer internships to students where we can mold into management or team members on projects. This plays part in providing opportunities for education advancement within the team as well. We want to continue to encourage volunteering, so we pay for time served and help with sustainable business initiatives that will facilitate the triple bottom line. We are promoting to be striving toward a carbon neutral workplace.
