The diversity, in our society in general and at a workplace in specific, has become an important topic. Several MBA programs are making sure that the respect for diversity is maintained via course work, assignments, etc. Based on your individual effort (online search), please answer the following questions: 1. Based on your research, experience, and course work (at Marshall University and elsewhere), define the concept of Diversity. Support your definition with appropriate examples. 2. Describe personal and course-based examples of actions(projects, assignments, etc.) you have taken, as part of MBA course work at Marshall University, to make yourself aware of and recognize the issues and challenges related diversity. 3. Analyze and rate the impact of such projects on your understanding of the issues/challenges of diversity in general and specifically in the workplace.
