Our employees are here to work, not to work out. We are not in the business of exercise, and the cost of constructing such a facility would be enormous. With the economy the way it is now is not the time for requesting such expenditures. If employees want to stay in shape, they can do it on their own time, before or after work or on the weekends. I will see if I can get some nearby exercise facilities to give employees a cut rate, but I can't guarantee any results, 2) Poor example of a constructive criticism I am writing to request that you replace Glen Patton as the corporate communications rep on the ProTech version 5.1 project management team. He is dogmatic and arrogant and refuses to let anyone else on the team get a word in. It's bad enough that he tries to dominate team meetings, but, on top of this, he often doesn't know what he is talking about. Glen may be knowledgeable about product promotion, but he doesn't have the team communication skills that are needed to collaborate in a positive, productive manner with his teammates.
