After some brainstorming and communication with suppliers, the team has arrived at a list of scheduled activities that could be reduced along with a rough estimate of the cost percentage multiplier required to reduce each activity. Use the crash list along with the high-level milestones used for the PERT analysis in WP2. Brainstorm within the team to identify three options to present to the client.
