A$,$ B$,$ C can either have a high logic level of $3\mathrm{.}3$V or a low logic level of $0$V Q will either be $3\mathrm{.}3$V or $0$ volts depending on A$,$ B$,$ C$.$

the triple $(3$ input$)$ AND gates are CM$4073$s

the dual $(2$ input$)$ AND gates are CM$4081$s

the OR gates are CD$4071$s

the inverters$/"$NOT gates" are CD$4049$s

non$-$inverting buffers $($eg$.$ CD$4050$s or two consecutive CD$4049$s$)$ may be inserted between some of the gates or on terminal Q to power LEDs to show that the desired logic level is met or to to make sure that the logic levels are stable
