Data show that 15% of the calls are fake calls, which require TRIA (1, 2, 3) minutes to complete. These calls are then directly disposed from the system. All other calls can be one of two kinds. The first kind is classified as serious. They constitute 40% of the non-fake calls and take TRIA (3, 4, 5) minutes to complete. These calls are consequently forwarded to an ambulance centre for the process of dispatching of ambulances. This process takes TRIA (3, 5, 7) and is handled by a single dispatcher. The remaining calls are non-serious calls, which take TRIA (2, 3, 4) minutes to complete. Only 70% of the calls are forwarded to the ambulance centre, while the others are not considered really require ambulances and directly disposed from the system. Simulate the system for 8 hours and make 10 replications.
