Farhanna a midlevel manager .she has built successful relationship with colleagues and senior management. But she does not happy with her job. She would be much more interested in understanding how her organization can use social media in marketing efforts. She like to quite from job and finds something that match her passion. But due to pandemic this may not be an option. So she has decided to proactively reconfigure her current job. She is part of movement toward job crafting which is a process of fit ones motives ,strength and passions. The core of job crafting is creating a diagram of day to day activities with a coach. She noticed that she was spending too much time in monitoring and not enough time in creative projects that inspire her. a) What is job crafting?
