In these environments, it is sometimes difficult to balance the dynamic tension between safety and efficiency in many ways which can result in suboptimal decision-making and outcomes.

Part I: Define the Problem

1) Personal of warehouses that views time is money can think taking short cuts without considering safety first or ignoring safety protocol completely could result in injuries in the workplace that causes loss in production and loss in personal which in turn will cost the company more loss in money.

2) Personal in a warehouse setting that views time is money could think that overlooking safety is a calculated risk to take to increase production which would lead to equipment damage that will cost the company more money to fix the damaged equipment.

Testable Solution

Management should observe and monitor warehouse employees job processes and hold them accountable for following safety procedures.

Begin by stating any key limitations and follow with the hypothesis for each in a way that can be evaluated and how you will measure it is sure to include a measurement scale and if the measure is objective or subjective. Elaborate briefly on the experimental design to test your hypothesis.
