Task 1

For this task, you need to implement complex loan structures for at least three different clients.

a) For each client, you will need to identify each client needs, requirements and objectives in a brief report. You will need to use a simulated workplace or your own organisation. To maintain privacy and confidentiality, you may refer to an example with all identifying and personal information removed. Attach the report to this task labelled Task 1a Client 1, Task 1a Client 2, Task 1a Client 3. b) Upload evidence of how you have reviewed the complex and special features of the client situations and identify the documentation required. This can be labelled as Task 1b Client 1, Task 1b Client 2, Task 1b Client 3. c) For each client, conduct a debriefing post-implementation and addressing their concerns and queries. Provide a brief outline of the items discussed in the debriefing. Attach the outline to this task labelled Task 1c Client 1, Task 1c Client 2, Task 1c Client 3.
